Most of our cool rooms are run using standard 10amp power supply. Some of our larger cool rooms and freezers require 15amp power to run efficiently and not place any stress on your power supply.
Yes all of our cool rooms and freezers have interior, adjustable shelving, giving you 3 levels of shelving to stack and pack your food, produce and drinks safely and efficiently. Alternatively, if you don’t want any shelving, it can be removed upon request.
Yes there is an internal light that is operated with a light switch, located near the door of the cool room/freezer.
All of our mobile cool rooms and freezers come with a sturdy, removable step, giving you safe and easy access into the cool room/freezer.
Our glass door cool rooms will fit inside a standard garage door opening. All of our cool rooms are key lockable and have a key lockable power source, giving you peace of mind that reduces the risk of theft or malicious damage if left outside.
Depending on the size of your event and how you want to use your cool room, there are three main options. The standard cool room is ideal for home parties and small events, while the larger cool room may be better for larger scale functions. The glass door cool room is perfect for displaying and storing beverages and food, and allows guests easy access and self-serve capabilities with 3 glass doors. If your event falls on a weekend, you can hire cool rooms or freezers over a weekend. We usually schedule delivery (or collection) on a Friday and pick-up (or drop-off) on a Monday morning. Of course if you need it for longer, we can accommodate your needs, as we also offer affordable and competitive weekly and monthly hire rates.
Yes we can deliver and pick-up for an additional cost, depending on where your event is located. To save you money, you can always arrange with us a suitable time for you to pick-up and return to our premises.
If you are picking up your cool room/freezer, you will need to ensure your vehicle has a standard 50mm tow ball and a WA standard seven pin trailer electrical plug. Give us a call if you have any questions.
We do ask our customers to ensure that the cool room is cleaned and that all rubbish and contents are removed before it is returned or collected by Auswest Coolroom Hire. We sanitise all of our mobile cool rooms and freezers before and after they are hired.
A $50 bond is required for each hire. This will be refunded to you once the cool room/freezer is returned to us, as long as it’s in the same condition as when you received it.
Yes we do supply generators at an additional hire cost, in case you’re using your mobile cool room in a remote location that doesn’t provide access to power or in the event of a lengthy power outage or emergency. If using your own generator, our cool rooms require a minimum 5KVA generator whilst our freezers require a minimum 7KVA generator.
