For weekend events, delivery or collection can generally be arranged before the event with return or pickup afterwards. Weekly and monthly hire options are also available for longer requirements.

Yes. Our mobile cool rooms and freezers come with a sturdy removable step to provide safe and convenient access into the unit.
Our Glass Door Cool Rooms are designed to fit through a standard garage door opening.
Our cool rooms also include security features such as key-lockable doors and power sources, providing additional peace of mind where a unit needs to remain outside.
We ask customers to ensure the cool room or freezer is left clean and that all rubbish, food and other contents are removed before the unit is returned or collected.
Auswest also sanitises mobile cool rooms and freezers before and after hire.
A $50 bond is required for each hire.
The bond is refunded once the cool room or freezer has been returned in the same condition as when it was supplied.
Yes. Generators are available for an additional hire cost where your location doesn’t have suitable access to power or where backup power is required.
